Purpose:
A special purpose machine is used to fill the cartridge case with propellant, assemble the bullet ,gauge various features of complete cartridge case assembly of small arms ammunition.

Main Features:

  • The continuous motion principle permits to achieve operations at high rates due to     multiple working tools per head.
  • Rate of output 200 PPM as online gauging is done without still standing gauging     components. Thus permits an uninterrupted and smooth running and reduced     wear of mechanical parts.
  • Several operation can be linked on the same machine by using various working     heads and transfer wheels in order to create a continuous circuit on which the     product are conveyed.
  • Non-contact type sensors.
  • Automatic ejection of defective parts after each gauging station
  • Automatic calibration by using two master gauges.
  • Display on touch screen (in microns) of each dimension from each station.
  • Statistical charts for production data analysis.
