| ROLE : Cartg 105 is loosely assembled with the shell in the chamber of the gun to release required pressure to project the ammunition at a muzzle velocity sufficient to perform effectively at the target. |

| FUNCTION
: Cartg 105 mm IFG NC consist of a brass case fitted with an electric primer and propellant charges. On initiation, the primer functions which inturn initiates the propellant charge to release pressure. The cartg case is designed to withstand a max pressure of 390 Mpa. |

| RELIABILITY : The performance of any ammunition depends on the performance of the filled cartg cases. Cartg 105 mm IFG NC, manufactured under strict quality control, develops a sustained pressure and thereby projecting the ammunition at a desired muzzle velocity to perform effectively at the target. |

| PACKING : The packing of cartg 105 mm IFG NC consists of an inner and an outer package. Two cartgs are packed in two laminated containers and then finally packed in a wooden /steel box with suitable fitments to ensure snug packing. |
